The Dharma of Being Anti-Racist – APPLY BY 4/7
with Rev. Liên Shutt, Dawn Haney, Dalila Bothwell, Chris Charles, Rev. Sarah Emerson, & Rev. Charlie Pokorny, ONLINE: Wednesdays April 28 – August 18, 6-8p PT
Would you like to skillfully practice anti-racism? The 8-Fold Path provides ways to enact:
- Wisdom of Understanding & Thoughts.
- Meaningful meditations & practices with Effort, Mindfulness, & Concentration.
- Fostering Engaged Behaviors in Speech, Action, & Livelihood.
Each week, you’ll be able to investigate & apply these aspects in your life; nurturing a socially just world for all. Connecting to how you have agency/power (in yourself & with communities) is the best “medicine” for these times. Small groups of BIPOC-only and white-identified-only will foster brave-space intimacy.
